Young Married Couples

MCRC has a new ministry for young married couples beginning in the 2017-2018 church year.  (For the purpose of this group, "young" is defined as married for about 10 years or less.)  Couples in this group are working through "The Art of Marriage," a Bible-based study created by FamilyLife that is designed to enrich and challenge marriages.  The 2017-2018 group began meeting in late October and will meet through early May.

Pastor Tim and his wife, Heidi, lead this small group on the 2nd and 4th Sunday of each month.  At each meeting, the group meets at 7:30 p.m. in the fellowship hall to share a meal and conversation.  Then they either watch a video on an aspect of marriage as a whole group or discuss the prior week's video topic as a group and then as individual couples.  Their time together ends promptly at 9:00 p.m.

For convenience, on-site childcare in the church's toddler nursery at a suggested cost of $3 per child.  Two cribs are available in the adjoining infant nursery in case a child needs to be put to sleep before the group finishes meeting.

If you are interested in participating in a future offering of this course, please contact Pastor Tim or Heidi at
